Job Title: Support Engineer/Executive
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Transportaion: Should Be Taken Care By The Candidate Only.
Job Shift: Us(3) And Uk(1) Shift
Experiance: 0-3 Yrs
Number Of Openings: 4(Four)
Position Summary:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Support Sr Engineer / Product Manager and will work with our global team and is responsible for the following primary duties:
• Provide consultative sales support to business clients/resellers/partners
• Assist assigned partners in closing sales opportunities
• Document all interactions in Salesforce.com
• Communicate and implement new solutions, product feature on-demand from clients, deploy the initial setup, perform customizations on the products, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support.
• Demonstrates knowledge of SaaS and technology
• Maintain regular communication with manager(s) and team
• Perform necessary customer service duties to exceed client and partner expectations
• Handle issues and escalations
Required Experience, Skills and Education:
• Have exp on Support Engineering and communicating with clients overseas, preferably Software Product.
• Knowledge of Java is a plus
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of required technology
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• High level of interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• CRM program experience a plus (Siebel, SalesForce.com, etc.)
• Proficiency in the use of email and navigation within the internet
• High level of business writing skills
• Personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, and "can do" attitude
• Proficient in use of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, etc)
• Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent technology related experience, coursework or certifications
