GENERAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent technology related experience, coursework or certifications
· In all roles we seek candidates who have excellent analytic problem solving skills, demonstrated by excellent academic records in a scientific discipline.
· The ideal candidates will have shown a drive to succeed in their careers with a demonstrable track record of delivery in a commercial environment.
· They will be keen team players; able to form productive relationships with their peers and project stakeholders.
· Those already having industry experience will be expected to have gained a good understanding of the business areas which they have served and will have a strong motivation to deepen this knowledge and to broaden this to other business areas.
· Should have extensively worked in supporting large environments spread across datacenters.
· Excellent communication/telephone skills :- should have good interpersonal and report writing skills.
· Good understanding capacity planning.
· Analytical mind to diagnose and quickly resolve issues.
· Good understanding of software development of web based 3-tier applications.
· Project management skills.

TECHNICALITIES:

· Java, J2EE, Design Patterns, Designing on UML, Databases such as MySQL, SQL Server with complex queries, Eclipse.
· Involved in Project Design Phase.
· Must be Java Certified
· Exp in Team Handling / Project Management
· Exp on Unix/Linux Operations such as Builds, Scripts.
· Experience in Communicating with the client.
· Advantage if exp on Data Migration in Databases.
· Advantage if having exp on Product Development
· Willing to work on multiple Platforms/Domains such as Ecommerce, SaaS, CRM
· Advantage if exp on Data Migration in Databases.
· Advantage if having exp on Product Development
