Project Manager - IT Software (.Net) (ASP.net, C#, Web Applications)
Job Posting Summary:
Requires Project Manager having 5 years of experience with at least 2 year as a Project manager. Candidate should have experience of development of web application form concept to Implementation and good English communication skill is must.
Detailed Description:
Please Note:
You will lead a team of web application developers and provides technical guidance, support, consulting and leadership to development team and customers in the areas of web application architecture, project design, development process, and software coding.
You will be accountable for the successful development and technical implementation of all web application projects assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and development of web application
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Responsible for world-class product architecture, high-level & detail design.
Consults with customers to provide technical assistance and gather requirements.
Creates new software designs for projects, with long term goals of simplicity, stability and re-use.
Write requirements documents and software specification.
Negotiate scope with clients and development team.
Continual evaluation, prototyping & assimilation of latest technologies based on emerging technology paradigms.
At least 2+ years proven experience in complex product architecture & design.
Participates in the translation of the Client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process design
Creates functional design, technical design, training, user documentation, and testing documentation using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Good eye for design. Good sense of colors and designs. Should be able to judge if the design is a good design or a poor design.
· Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution.
· Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) is a must.
· Prior experience of managing web projects.
· Identify process improvement opportunities. Successful project issue resolution (internal and external).
· Good Negotiation Skills.
