- Having hands on experience in end to end IT Recruitment.
- Candidate should have 1+ yr in US IT Recruiting experience. (highly preferred)
- Should understand Job Requirements & search Resumes online.
- Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Tele Sales experience is a plus.
- Secondary- someone who has an experience working in BPO’s, who handled clients on phone.
- we welcome fresher too, someone has some atleast experience in tele customer services (if possible)
- Must be strong with communication skills
