Job description:
Work Experience :
Total work experience of at least 10-15 years. Large part of experience should be in a senior general management role in IT function and candidate should have strong business appreciation. Preference will be given to people from apparel/retail/e-commerce industry. Candidate should possess ability to envision and translate technology setup for business from design to production and then to support stage.
Candidate should have managed one full project on e-commerce starting from technology proposition evaluation to finalization, go-live, roll-out and support in capacity of project manager. Should possess sound knowledge about technology infrastructure required on the logistics side of e-commerce business.
Soft Skills Requirements :
Strong general management, leadership and people management skills required. Candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Good presentation skills.
Position Profile :
· Will work closely with the business team on the technology initiatives
· Responsible for finalizing the technology partner(s) and managing the relationships
· Responsible for timely, within budget and successfully delivery of the technology solutions for the organization working closely with IT team of the Group
· Responsible for ongoing support and other activities related to technology
· Responsible for the entire technology setup for the business
· Responsible for any technology initiatives for enabling better customer service
