Job Title :- Business Development Manager
Experience :- Female Candidate with 1-3 yrs of sales experience.
Package:- 2.4 to 3 lacs per annum ( plus incentives based on performance)
Skill sets Required:-
1. MBA or Graduate with Experience.
2. Pleasing Personality
3. Fluency with English Language & Good Command over written & spoken
English.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office 2003.
5. Experience in high value negotiations & concept selling.
Job Description:-
1. Liasoning with existing clients & developing business in new verticals such as
banking, insurance, manufacturing etc.
2. Developing business with existing clients.
3. Proposal Making
4. Achieving sales targets.
5. Liasoning with operations team pertaining to the event.
6. Overall coordination with clients.
7. Travel- domestic & international for events & meetings.
Training would be provided to the candidate for a period of 10 days from the date of
joining on the product & services.
